I can NOT say enough about Trevor L. Tutherow and Kristie at IBG! For the past 6 months, we have undergone a major rehab on a 100 year old home. They not only replaced our roof, but they were there for us thru the entire process and it is BEAUTIFUL!!! Trevor was ALWAYS there for us whenever we needed him. He was such a professional, easy to get in touch with, very easy to communicate with, and just an overall great contractor to have on our side. And Kristie was the greatest too....getting paperwork done in a very fast, timely manner, and always there if we needed something faxed or processed quickly. There aren't many companies out there that care about their customers like they do and I HIGHLY recommend IBG! Words just cannot say enough about their customer service and expertise. IBG was a blessing when my house was hit by lightening. They were there the same day and then returned the next day to cover things up to prevent further damage! Great Customer Service! They helped me through the whole process and were very helpful with my insurance company.
